Leader Auto LLC

After damaging my right rear bumper while backing into my carport, I obtained three estimates. I liked the estimate from Leader Auto LLC, and took my 2026 GMC there to have two rear bumper covers replaced, and one refinished. I found the Auto Body Technician, Julian the very sincere. He stated it would take three days, and gave me a detailed estimate. Leader Auto replaced two right rear bumper covers and refinished another. When my auto was finished, it was perfect. I would highly recommend Leader Auto for their fair pricing, professionalism, and excellent craftsmanship. The estimate was reasonable, only slightly above my deductible. I paid for the repairs myself, and didn't turn it in to the insurance. Nancy B. Clearwater, Florida.

these guys are amazing, so we left the new glovebox in the car for us to fix up later, they went ahead and did it without asking. Then fixed the headlights with asking! unbelievable service. if you want to pay double or triple just to go one of these auto body shops where you have to see the receptionists so you can be scheduled for a quote in a week and a half. if you want incredibly good rates, amazing service by a hardworking competent bunch great young guys, go to Leaders Auto Shop.

Couldn’t have picked a better shop, They were very friendly, fast and responsive, when car was ready to pickup they also offered me a ride, thanks to Julian I was able to pick up the car no problem. did a very good job and I’m very satisfied and is now my number 1 shop to go to. Would definitely recommend. 👍

Completely Superior Service and Craftsmanship! I only wish every business was as good! The work is beautiful, the estimate was amazingly fair, the work took exactly as long as they said it would, and they even picked me up and brought me home!! I recommend Leader Auto Body, Julian and the men and woman at this shop who served me so well as the ONLY shop I would ever recommend! I tried 2 St Petersburg and 1 St. Pete Beach shops that didn’t compare! Leader Is The Leader! Especially when it comes to price, courtesy, and expertise! TEN STARS!

I had my rear bumper replaced through insurance after someone hit my car, I chose this shop due to the hours they were open as it was convenient for my drop off schedule but had some confusion with communicating as the phone number listed on Google had me speak with someone who was not familiar with my vehicle and the phone calls I received from the business were from a different number. We also discussed picking my car up at a certain time, I even showed up a little later than said time and still my car was not complete upon arrival. Communication issues aside, the quality of the repair has left something to be desired. Now a couple weeks after the repair I can already see some major flaws with the work, whether it’s the complete lack of clips or screws to attach the bumper to the wheel well and splash guard, the new bumper looking as if it were dragged on the ground, the paint looking like a different color than the rest of the car or the paint chipping that’s forming in the contact points between fender and bumped (we touched up all the spots when I picked the car up so these are new) there is just a substantial amount of issues that I feel is necessary to provide this review.
